In early January we had the pleasure of spending four days at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, where we saw the future of all the gadgets we love to use (as well as a few new ones)! Coming in the next few years are 3D TVs and computer monitors WITHOUT the geeky glasses!  Samsung had a 3D HDTV that was absolutely incredible. There was also a TV that needed no remote control. To change channels you simply wave at the screen and a menu comes up, turn your hand and the menu scrolls and when you have the station you want, you just point to it and start watching. Want the volume up? Just turn your hand clockwise and it gets louder!

We met with several companies there that we hope to be partnering with to bring you some exciting new features, gadgets and accessories over the next few weeks and months.

February's Featured Artist of the Month is The Ting Tings, a British duo who have had number one chart success back home in the singles and album charts. They have been featured in a host of shows recently - "One Tree Hill", "90210", "The L Word", "Ugly Betty", "The Hills", "The City", and "Gossip Girl" and that’s just some of them! Check out their singles on iTunes  Amazon, Rhapsody or Napster.

This month we have launched our TV Forum. This is for you to discuss anything you like about your favorite show, music, or group. Write anything you like, as long as it’s not racist, abusive or unsuitable for a family site. We've just launched this so please don't be afraid to be the first to create a discussion thread on any TV or music related subject that you want. A link to the Forum is on the tabs across the top of the front page at www.TunesOnTheTube.tv.

Best new show of the last few weeks, is, in our opinion, “Lie To Me”.   Tim Roth plays a rather grumpy expert on facial movements, muscle twitches and general body language that tells him and his team whether a suspect is telling the truth or lying!  There's not much music in the show, but it's still well worth a watch!
